If you’re reading this, you already know: we live in a world obsessed with views, likes, and viral moments. Everywhere we turn, someone is promising “100,000 views overnight” using AI.
But here’s the truth that I learnt from my own journey:
Views are easy. Trust is hard.
And without trust, views mean nothing.
Today, I want to share something more profound, a real roadmap to building not just attention, but community.
Not just content, but leadership.
This is my way of giving back, because if you learn how to use AI with the right mindset, it becomes one of the most beautiful tools for authentic growth.
The Misunderstanding About ChatGPT (And All AI)
Most people approach AI wrong, and it’s not their fault.
We were trained by decades of Google use to think that short questions = quick answers.
We treat ChatGPT like a search engine:
“How do I go viral on Instagram?”
And AI responds with a list:
“Use trending sounds. Post at optimal times. Engage with your audience.”
Helpful? Maybe.
Transformative? Never.
Because AI is not meant to replace your leadership.
It’s meant to amplify it.
You don’t “ask ChatGPT” your way to followers.
You build a dialogue where you teach AI about you, your mission, your values so it can help you think sharper, communicate clearer, and serve more deeply.
AI gives you back what you put in.
Good data in = Good insight out.
It’s Not About Views. It’s About Leading.
Here’s what I learned the hard way, and what I hope you can learn faster:
• Views are moments.
• Followers are trust.
• Leadership is the bridge.
When you show up consistently, lead with service, and use AI to help organize and amplify your authentic message, you will naturally attract followers who stay.
They won’t just scroll past your posts or videos.
They will join your journey.
That’s the difference between chasing algorithms and building a legacy.
How to Actually Use ChatGPT (or Any AI) to Grow the Right Way
If you’re serious about growing your network, here’s the authentic path:
1. Know Yourself First.
Before asking AI for ideas, get crystal clear:
Who are you here to serve?
What transformation are you offering them?
What tone, values, and energy do you want your content to carry?
2. Train AI Like You’d Train a Team Member.
Feed ChatGPT real information: your bio, audience profile, and goals.
Treat it like onboarding an assistant, not a vending machine.
3. Ask Collaborative, Strategic Questions.
Don’t just say, “give me a post.”
Say:
“Based on my mission and tone, suggest 3 content ideas that would build trust with my audience.”
4. Create Through Iteration, Not Imitation.
Use AI to brainstorm hooks, scripts, frameworks, but bring your voice and personality to every post.
5. Build Metrics Feedback Loops.
After posting, screenshot your insights (views, saves, shares) and ask ChatGPT:
“Analyze why this post resonated — or didn’t. How can I improve next time?”
6. Stay Human. Always.
AI can generate hooks.
It can’t generate soul, therefore, stay authentic.
That’s your job, and your superpower.
A Final Reflection: The Beauty of Process
The greatest lesson is this:
AI is not here to save you.
It’s here to challenge you to become even more yourself.
Building a following, building a community, building a movement, it’s not about one viral post.
It’s about committing to the process of showing up, refining, listening, and leading repeatedly.
You don’t need to chase virality.
You need to chase the truth.
And trust me, when you build from truth, the views, the followers, and the opportunities will follow.
